We haven’t had one of these in a while and believe me I’ve been looking out for wicked things she’s done, if only so I can share them with you.

But something’s changed. Rather than get bothered by her naughtiness I’ve found myself being inspired by the example she sets.

I don’t have all that much in common with the beautiful, violet-eyed, Oscar- winning, eight-times married actress Elizabeth Taylor (more’s the pity).  But like her I love dogs and jewels.

Oh Louis!

I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I’m a bit of a pattern fiend.  

Oh paper, paper, paper!

Ok, you’d expect me to say that, but let me tell you just some of the reasons why I’m so passionate about wallpaper.

The early months after my twins were born are, I must admit, a bit of a blur due to a combination of exhaustion, bewilderment and utter bliss I’ve never experienced before or since.  From the sleep-deprived fog of that time what comes back to me is a list of things that made it all a bit easier.

I was going to talk about white but do you know what?  I don’t really do white.

You know the Little Pickle’s room is cluttered.  You want to make it a clearer, calmer, more relaxing space. (Or in more extreme cases, you’d just like to be able to get from the bed to the door.)
